Our service pricing begins at $199 for specialized offerings and ranges up to $899 for our comprehensive style transformation package. Not necessarily. Our Wardrobe Refresh service focuses on maximizing your existing wardrobe, while our shopping services obviously include new purchases. We always respect your budget and never pressure you to buy items you don't love or need. Many clients are surprised by how many new outfits we can create from their existing pieces.

Yes, absolutely. We work with clients across all budget ranges and pride ourselves on finding the best value at every price point. We'll recommend stores and brands that align with both your budget and style preferences. Our focus is always on quality, versatility, and longevity of items rather than simply chasing trends or brand names.
Common questions about scheduling and practical matters
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. For special event styling, we suggest booking 4-6 weeks before your event. That said, we understand that sometimes style needs arise unexpectedly, and we'll do our best to accommodate more urgent requests when possible.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows or cancellations on the day of service are charged the full service fee.
Wardrobe consultations take place in your home to allow access to your entire wardrobe. Personal shopping sessions occur at selected retail locations in the Calgary area, which we'll determine based on your style preferences and budget. Initial consultations can be conducted either at our studio in Calgary, virtually, or at your home, depending on your preference.
Yes, we offer virtual options for many of our services, including style consultations, wardrobe assessments (with client photos), and shopping guidance. While in-person services allow for the most hands-on experience, our virtual options provide flexibility and convenience, especially for clients outside the Calgary area or those with busy schedules.
For wardrobe consultations, we ask that you have all clothing items clean and accessible. For personal shopping, wear comfortable clothes that are easy to change in and out of, and bring any key items you'd like to coordinate with new purchases. For all services, we'll provide specific preparation guidance when you book. The most important preparation is to come with an open mind and clear goals for what you'd like to achieve.
